Say whether it is a refrigerator, freezer, washer, dryer, stove, or dishwasher. Mention stairs, elevators, narrow doors, and whether the item is connected.
Ask about utilities before the visit
Do not disconnect gas, hardwired electrical, water, or refrigerant lines unless you are qualified to do so. Arrange a qualified professional where needed. Ask the removal provider what disconnection must be completed before arrival.
Empty and clear access
